Average Days on the Market for a Marina del Rey condo for sale in the first three quarters of 2011: 94 days on the market.
 
Average Days on the Market for a Marina del Rey condo for sale in the first three quarters of 2012: 104 days on the market.
 
The median price point achieved for Marina del Rey condos closed in the first three quarters of 2011: $590,000 dollars.
 
The median price point achieved for Marina del Rey condos closed in the first three quarters of 2012: $572,500 dollars.
